What actions are mandatory to participate in upcoming IDO’s?

KYC is one of the key requirements to get full access in active deals, so make sure to fully complete the KYC procedure before desired IDOs begin. You must also hold or stake a certain amount of $CHPD tokens in order to get investor allocation.

Is everyone able to get KYC verified?

Unfortunately, no. Please check the full list of blacklisted countries. We are constantly following the changes in the law system, so there is a hope to see changes in this list in future.

Wallet got hacked, what should I do?

If KYC is completed respecting all platform rules, ChirapPad will assist with your KYC transfer to your preferred new wallet. Reach out to our Support Centre or community manager and we most definitely find a way to sort this situation out.

Can’t access my ChirpPad’s account, what should I do?

In case you lose access to your account, reach out to the Support Centre or notify our community manager.

How to stake $CHPD?

Visit https://chirppad.ai/ and find the Staking section ➡ Fixed-term Staking or Standard Staking ➡ Connect your non-custodial wallet (MetaMask, Trust Wallet, Coinbase etc.) and follow the further instructions.

How to buy $CHPD?

Are staking rewards paid out in $CHPD or other cryptocurrencies?

For now all staking rewards are paid out only in $CHPD tokens.

What is IDO and how to participate?

An IDO (Initial DEX Offering) is a fundraising method in the cryptocurrency space where a project launches its token through a decentralized exchange. It allows participants to buy tokens directly before the token generation event (TGE) begins.

In order to participate you must meet all the ChirpPad’s platform rules: Complete KYC procedure, hold or stake $CHPD tokens and support projects to earn extra allocation by leveraging your social networks.

Can I join an upcoming IDO without staking $CHPD tokens?

Of course you can. We designed a special wallet tier called Unchained specially for participants who do not plan to stake tokens, but bear in mind, you would have far less perks than members who decided to stake $CHPD tokens

Can I participate with more than one wallet?

Under no circumstances participants are allowed to do KYC for multiple wallets. KYC can be completed with only one wallet address.

How can I participate in governance voting?

Users at the Bronze tier and above can take part in ChirpPad’s governance to decide what future projects will get listed on our platform. Information regarding voting will be communicated across all channels.

Allocation:

What exactly does allocation mean?

In crypto, "allocation" means sharing or assigning tokens to different investors in newly launched projects, but here at ChirpPad this symbolizes a chance to invest in bright projects by using not only your wallet, but also social channels.

How to increase allocation?

To increase your allocation in the offerings, you need to stake more $CHPD tokens or stake for a longer period. You can also buy allocation boosters or increase your allocation size by completing daily social tasks such as sharing, commenting, posting and engaging in other interactions-through Chirpley’s streamlined “Daily Tasks” integration.

How does the allocation tier system work?

There are 2 different investment rounds: Guaranteed Allocation Round and Public Round (first-come-first-serve basis). Guaranteed Allocation Round participants are all tiered, KYC verified members, but Public Round is available for everyone who completed KYC prior IDO beginning.

Are there any restrictions on joining a Public Round?

No, but since its first-come-first-serve (FCFS) basis, you must be quick and it may result in additional deposit fees, so make sure to have enough funds to cover gas fees.

What wallet should I use for participation?

Any private non-custodial wallet is valid, but we suggest using MetaMask, Coinbase wallet or TrustWallet. Most widely used wallet is MetaMask and if you face difficulties in creating an entirely new wallet, visit the official MetaMask page.

Refund Policy:

What are ChirpPad’s refund policies?

Investors can ask for a 100% refund up to 48h after the listing. After the first 24-48h, all the funds generated in the IDO will be released to the project.

After claiming the purchased tokens, the refund option is automatically disabled.

General:

What should I do if my KYC gets rejected?

Provide clear and valid ID photos. If the problem persists, please reach out to our Support Centre.

How do I get help from ChirpPad’s support?

If you still have questions after reviewing the FAQ guide, please reach out to the Support Centre or get in touch with the community manager. We respond to inquiries in the order they are received, usually within 48 hours.

I noticed a platform bug, what should I do?

Preferably it would be great to make a screenshot and report the bug to the community manager or send it to the Support Centre. Remember, feedback is what’s making us better and we’ll always appreciate such actions.
