Is approved KYC needed to participate in deals?

Absolutely! KYC is one of the key requirements to get full access in active deals. Only non-US and non-FATF citizens are welcome to participate. Kindly check the full list of all blacklisted countries here.

When should I begin KYC procedure?

The best time to complete KYC is right away, ideally during the account signup process or before considering to take part in any active deals. You can stake your $CHPD tokens first and then begin with KYC procedure, but bear in mind that verification can take up to 48h. Plan your time and get verified as early as possible, so you don't miss out on your desired allocation.

Can I do the KYC process for multiple wallets?

Under no circumstances participants are allowed to do KYC for multiple wallets. KYC can be completed with only one wallet address.

My wallet got hacked, what should I do?

If KYC is completed respecting all platform rules, ChirapPad will assist with your KYC transfer to your preferred new wallet. Each case will be evaluated separately and reacted accordingly.
